Can you install windows 98 second edition without floppy disks?

Hello, so im planning to be installing windows 98 second edition with only a disk. Is it gonna work or not?

    The OEM versions will usually boot from CD. Even if they do, the best thing to do is copy the win98 folder to the hdd and run setup from there. It’s way faster, and the cab files will be on the hdd for the 1000s of times in the future that you’re asked for the CD. You can just point to c:\win98.
