[REQUEST] Direct Access 4.x

I'm looking for versions 4.x of Delta Technology International's Direct Access DOS menu software.

I think 4.1 is the last version in the series before the company was bought by Fifth Generation Software, which released the final versions (5.x) of the program under their name.

I donated all of my old DOS software a few years ago but I have the FGS 5.1 version but nothing older.
