yup. 4.5, had its own installer, and 5.02 was part of IDE in C++ 5.02. I've got those up on archive.org for anybody needing them. Just never saw a ref to 7.0 before. I'm downloading Borland Dev Studio 2006. Maybe its in there...
The manual itself may mention whatever it was bundled with. Also, there might be a copyright page at the beginning that tells what year the manual was printed.

Ah, gotcha. Never paid attention to Borland products packaging, but understand what you are saying now. About the only thing of theirs I'm a fan of is the resource editor.
