That is a SuperCard Pro file. It stores raw flux transition information as output by a floppy drive from the original disk. It is similar to Kryoflux files. Those are mainly useful for storing copy protected disk images.
This title is not copy protected, but I think there was some small question or issue, so I left it in. You can view the contents with the HxC software tool.
