Unfortunately, this archive is kinda useless. SBS uses specific bootdiscs to copy extra files during setup so that SBS Setup will run after NT has finished. I just tested the normal NT4 Server bootdiscs and they don't work, they will install NT from the SBS disc (with a few errors about missing files) but afterwards SBS Setup doesn't run and AFAICT there's no way to run it from the CD, running SBSSetup.exe tries to reinstall NT over again (which fails at its running from the HDD you want to install it to) so without the bootdiscs this is kinda lost media. I've spent a good 30 minutes looking around, I can find period correct mentions of SBS 4.0 bootdiscs but they don't seem to be dumped anywhere and the 4.5 discs from archive.org don't work for 4.0

    Edit - I just found a workaround here - https://thecollectionbook.info/windows/backoffice-small-business-server-40/165

"The CD is not bootable, you can either install it via Boot Floppy's or as a upgrade from Windows 95 or NT 4.0.
But when you try it via Boot Floppy's, it doesn't start the 2nd part of setup but instead installs Windows NT 4.0 again, so it is recommended to install from Windows 95, so it installs correctly, this has been fixed in the next release."
  • I made some bootdiscs specifically for BOSBS4.0 - https://archive.org/details/bo-small-bussiness-4.0.tar
