Kinda a weird one if I'm honest. I spotted the box on eBay with the mouse. It's a serial mouse from 1990, although there's supposedly a PS/2 adapter that it was supposed to come with that my kit is missing. What caught my eye is there are OS/2 drivers on the disk, for OS/2 1.1 and 1.2, and something called Mouse Menus. I haven't looked into it real hard, but I wanted to get the disks imaged to say the least.

Your dump seems to be OK except 3.5"
Here is fixed (and restored) 3.5" of your disk image.
(I will note that the 3.5 disk was not write protected when I got it)
