This isn't included in the Virtual PC installer and was only made available on the Connectix FTP server at the time. Installing this provides a new mouse driver which allows seamless integration with the host OS, and also syncs time with it. Unfortunately it only works properly with Virtual PC 5.2. Trying to use it on 2004 or 2007 results in a garbled cursor in the VM.
