Download counter glitch (firefox)

Hello there, i want to ask something.
my download counter seems glitched. Downloaded one file from here. When i try to download another it says "You are trying to download too many times". Checked at download page and it says "You have used 26 of your current 25 downloads" (before starting the download, the download counter still says 0 of 25 downloads, after i've started the download, it jumps to over 25.). Does anyone know what happened and the solution for that?

Are you using a download manager? Those usually create many multiple connections, which on our system is counted as multiple downloads. Check and make sure you are only making one HTTP connection at a time.
