I've also found
TASM 1.0 installation files only, dated 1988-10-31 01:00
TASM 1.01, unpacked, no INSTALL.EXE, dated 1989-05-02 01:01
TASM 2.0 installation files only, dated 1990-05-07 02:00
TD 1.5 unpacked, no INSTALL.EXE, dated 1989-05-02 01:50

If these are of use to anybody I can put up a link for a few days.

@nickb333 I am interested in tasm 2.02 disk set, because I can find only 2.0 installation or 2.02 extracted. If the offer is still available for sure

I tried TASM 2.02 from the above link, seems fine.

@davor thank you, but these are definitely non-original images, though files look ok. Seems like somebody copied original 360k files to 720k floppies. Disks are formatted with French DOS 5.0 and lack of files like INSTALL / UTLITIES / TD286 (empty files repeating disk labels) while original Borland images are formatted with PC DOS 3. It's better than nothing, like I can create my own pure images out of these files and 2.0 distros but if there is something real I would preferred that.
