Visual J# Express Edition

Has anyone managed to get Visual J# Express Edition to install on computers? It crashes after not being able to connect MS servers to download the debugger.
Any feedback helps!

    Update I found an offline .iso file for it along w necessary packages :)

    Gonna follow up w a link to an archive for it on my website!
