how to install Windows ME-Hebrow version-on virtual box?

I've download Win me from the WinWorld libray, hebrew version,

And I could not install it on VB, not even via DOS.

For what you plan to use Windows Millenium Edition ? Try installing it in VMware Workstation/VMware Player or PCem. Virtualbox isnt good for MS DOS based OS like Windows 95 Windows 98 or Windows ME
