And how do I convert dump files to .iso?

As far as I know, the early versions were only available on Magnetic Optical media, not CD-ROM. The "dump" files are from MO media, and among other things probably expect to be writable.

The images bundled with Previous are installed hard drive images.

To put it simply, they can not be turned in to ISO images, nor would that serve any useful purpose.
