[OFFER] Arabic for Windows 3.1 by Sakhr

Before Microsoft introducing its own Arabization for Windows 3.1, there was a company called Sakhr, based on Kuwait, which succeeded in Arabizing Windows 3.0 and 3.1. Here is a copy from my archive for version 3.1

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for sharing this. I was looking for it for a long time.

    I tried to set it up using the install.bat, and opted for arabizing the interface of Windows, but it ended up like this:



    Not sure what went wrong, but I suppose I should have opted for localizing the whole system. Not just the UI.

    Any idea how to do it the right way, just like you did it in the 2nd screenshot in your post?

    Also, do you happen to have more Arabic software for MS-DOS and Windows? Especially those made by Sakhr like Arabic DOS and Quran for Win 3.x?
