[Request] Bow and Arrow - Unabridged (full)

When my fosterfather was in life he bought me Bow and Arrow in the 90's. Sadly everything was thrown out when he died.

I only know it was made by John Di Troia, and online I only find the demo-version, the full version did have more levels.
