Mine's like $33 or so and varies, it's been up to close to 8 mbit, and as low as 3 mbit.

I'd rather have 3 at the bear minimum, with it being at 7mbit 80% of the time then knowing I'm always stuck at a crappy 3 mbit.

I think this ISP is kind of better.

You have one crappy connection when your loosing 5MB.

The connection is rated at much lower. The 8mbit is just a perk. I consider the opportunity to get that high good.
