It is asking for a missing wp.exe file. Do I need to set it up or something before running?

EDIT: Forget it, I found it myself. You need to run id.exe file and enter the details, then it will create the wp.exe file. Enter the serial number from the screenshot - 5662232-26. Any User and Company name will work.
