There is no difference between retail full and upgrade.

But your disk (A Vew 123) seems to be missing.
Here is verified image of it.

Thank you. I do not know why the A View 123 disk is missing. But it was not included in this sealed package.

Hmm, that seems to be strange why A View 123 disk is not included in Lotus 1-2-3 R2.01 package disk. But anyway, all upgrade disks are identical with retail full.

If nothing of any consequence changed on a disk, a upgrade disk sets would expect you to use your old disk. I was just looking at a copy of FrameWork II that did just that. A 1.0 to 1.1 upgrade changed nothing on the tutorial disks, so the update disk set did not include new tutorial disks.
