How to make PC-dos boot disk ?

Would anyone know how to make a dos boot image from the first disk of Lenovo's Vista recovery set ?
Not modifying the 200mb first disk to boot to a command prompt, but to make a 1.4mb image with just PC-dos and fdisk32.exe in it.
