    A warning to anyone that wants to install this. media player 5.2 will corrupt your windows installation.
    the runtime library it installs corrupts windows dll files

    It worked fine for me. The Microsoft Windows Media Player 5.2 Beta for Windows 3.1 is a beta pre-release product, so compatibility problems and bugs are to be expected.
