    What is posted here as 'IBM TCP-IP 1.3.1 for OS2 (3.5)' is version 1.3.1 of FTP Software's PC/TCP. It is a perfectly serviceable independently ported TCP stack product, from a time when first party TCP support was an extremely overpriced add-on, but it isn't IBM TCP/IP for OS/2.

    I was actually looking for PC/TCP for OS/2 and eventually figured out that the download posted here was the same one also misattributed elsewhere because it was misattributed here.
