I finally got a chance to look at this. There are several bad sectors on the system disk. Any chance of a redump? Please try a careful cleaning around track 6 and 7 head 0, and/or try a different drive. Thanks.

Thank you very much. Those are much better. The PCE tools and HXC were able to decode them OK.
