Probably, it was run only in DOS, but it seems that the operation was not checked in Windows 3.X.

IF: you NEED the actual files, and are not concerned with purity, then this warez ISO has version 3.03 - contents of both disks. I'm fairly certain they will NOT be in IMG/IMA format, but nonetheless useable.
