Simplify the procedures of uploading

I think the the procedures of uploading can be simplified as follows：
1.the user log in the website
2.the user click the Upload link in the website's title bar

3.the user upload the software and write the description of the software

4.the administrators of the website audit the software
5.the software was uploaded to the website

Would you would like to provide and maintain all the custom code to do that?

Don't forget that would also probably have to handle repackaging, deploying to mirrors, and editing content on mirrors.

Don't forget a lot of the work is researching the product, writing knowledgeable product description, analyzing copy protection, verifying completeness, and stuff like that.
