I am looking for earlier versions of OmniForm, a companion software to OmniPage specifically for creating and converting forms. I have uploaded OmniForm 5.0 to IA. https://archive.org/details/scan-soft-omni-form-5.0-2003
But I would love to get access to earlier versions.

    I can provide Omniform 4.0 for PC, which includes OmniFiller 4.0 as well. Regretfully, I do not have the patch that updates the program to the latest version 4.01; and it cannot be obtained form the old ScanSoft site via WayBackMachine of Archive.org.

    You may get version 2.0 from CD5 of Bits & Bytes Volume 1:
