Since two weeks no links are working. What can I do? T

The error-notice: Failed to download IBM VisualAge for Basic 1.1 for OS2 and for Windows (June 1997) (ISO).7z from IP 185.238.218.95 (potentially invalid download ID: fd6ed469-2fee-11ea-b3a4-fa163e9022f0)

Then I checked "The site and mirrors report". My IP is 185.238.218.86. The report says 185.238.218.79. What is the conclusion?

    If your IP address changes between every connection, then you need to complain to your ISP and have them stop doing that. Doing that breaks a lot of stuff.

    Some really shitty ISPs had been doing that a while back, but I thought they had stopped, as we have not heard other any complaints about that lately.
