I'm not sure what those disks are exactly. The first one which is labelled "preboot" and with LisaEem you must boot from it, then eject and insert 2nd and it will load Macintosh environment (finder 1.1g).



Could someone give me some information about this version ?

I think it's MacWorks v1.0 from April 1984, it allowed the Lisa to run a Macintosh environment from a floppy disk. It didn't support a hard disk environment.
