Offer - Bright 1.06e Win32 - Vintage Simple Frame Painter w/Alpha>>>
Found this today, never heard of it before...
Pretty old from 2000 but works just great appears to have been a commercial product at one time from a Korean Developer but this version is released as free with hardcoded serial built-in...
Though a simple painter with a few extras it can have frames & they are all stacked and frames can have an alpha channel applied & that painted on to reveal what's underneath or as such...
So more of a 'GIF Animator with Paintable Alpha Channeling'...
You can work on several different projects at same time, nice thumb browser...
I thought I had all the GIF Animators out there but here is another with a different 'flair' & purpose...
A good one for the avid vintage soft collector as well...

Here I am experimenting painting out alpha channel on static image in several methods, just testing...
NOTE- Even though this creates a GIF animation there is no function to adjust or alter how frames are to be dealt with after being played & looping is not set...
So you will hafta open in another GIF Animator and set global frames to reset to background & looping from 1 to 0 (infinite), save...
