It don't have layers but do have options to float-defloat selections...So layers in a different way...all effects STRONG can be overdriven...
Brushes have blending modes and FILL has blending modes too...
Effects, Enhancements & the like are quite powerful if you need such power...
The 'catch' to this app is that you just THROW A COPY into a folder with images & you are ready to go...Anytime, Anywhere.....
