Just recently discovered this & it is a pretty good image viewer - rater - cataloger/organizer but also has encryption abilities...You can make 'safes' with a few or tons of images and a host of other stuffs...
anything up to version 4.0 is FULL free...Version 4.2 was split pro/free with inhibited features in the free version...
