Image Eye probably one of the best of Image viewers...Certainly in my top 5.
However new version 9.1 don't work on XP...
Plugged their address into wayback machine & you only gotta go back to 2017 to find SAME VERSION 9.1...BUTT!...With XP support...

One cool aspect of Image Eye is it respects integrated alpha channels...Here are 3 'spawns' of Clementine open that are GIF images with transparency quite active-
