Offer - Nattyware 'FeelTheWheel' Win32 - Windoze Enhancement Resize Window or Transparency>>>
Here's one I use in all my XP machines...
By putting cursor on titlebar of window you simply use mousewheel to resize it... Works if window is maximized or not... Also by pressing SHIFT plus using mousewheel on titlebar you can change the transparency. This is the ONLY transparency app I use as any others mess with numerous 3D applications and others making them unstable or even crash...
Also I use 3 other window utilities at the same time & it don't mess with them but of all machines I DO HAVE one that won't tolerate it for whatever reason...
Normally this would be a wayback catch but this Dev STILL AROUND looks like been on since 1999... FeelTheWheel is a 2005 creation...
