Windows NT 4.0 Server Setup Crashing

I'm trying to install nt 4 server on real hardware (more later) and its crashing after loading the CD-ROM file system driver/file. I've tried looking up solutions but there's only 1, and it doesn't help

That hardware is too new for NT 4. Windows 2000 might work, but even then you might need to slipstream drivers.
