IBM PC 330 no display, no pc speaker beep

Hello my old pc IBM 330 Pentium 75 starting but there od no display. I tried another ram and CPU but still nothing. CPU is cold... I found ripped tranzistor... Please help

    If there is a ripped transistor, there is the chance that it ripped the pads as well as board traces. There may also be board damage caused by negligence elsewhere as well.
    You will have to take the board to a repair specialist.
