I wanted download this file MS-DOS 8.0 for Windows ME, but is lacking.

Install ms-dos 7 first, then use d:\setup.exe command to start installation.

MS-DOS "7" and "8" were not sold separately from Windows 9x/ME. They do not exist.

The "7" on winworld is a custom compilation that community members have found useful.

The MS-DOS 8 that shipped with Windows ME was highly crippled and added nothing. So this custom compilation was never applied to 8.
