Issues with ExpressVPN and Downloads

Just so you know.
I use ExpressVPN was just trying to download PC Tools 8a and it was saying:
Failed to download PC Tools 8.0a (1993) (3.5-1.44mb).7z from IP 45.132.224.51 (potentially invalid download ID: 5421c9ab-ab27-11e9-b7f9-fa163e9022f0)
I dropped the ExpressVPN connection and it downloaded as expected.
