Fractal design Painter 3.0 for Windows (REDUMP)

Hi, All! I found Fractal Design Painter 3.0 (FINALLY) and when trying to mount the .img files, Windows says they are corrupt. The included .txt file says, "Disks need redump from original media." When I searched WinWorld forum, I found one post which resembles my question, but not an answer. Any advice?
