Windows issues with black screen

so i use a laptop daily and sometimes i get a black screen, the control alt delete menu still works, so i can open up task manger, but sometimes the black screen persists, so sign out and back in, and restarting doesn't fix it. When ever the black screen persists it show like 1-3 frames of my desktop, then black screen. i have checked for a virus, nothing. and its only been happening with firefox. can someone help me

UPDATE: It only happens when the youtube video player is on screen, normal youtube works fine, scrolling down fixes it, but not with the video on screen
