Sorry, That version PC Globe 5.04 with Floppy Disks are damaged and corrupted, so I can't open it.

The release notes is right. You'd be better off burning this to a floppy and using it in a DOS computer. My computer is pretty old and I wouldn't consider it "faster", yet still got that error.
