It's amazing to me how much of modern day XARA is in this version from 1995 but without all the bloat & lagging...
This completely portable version is rather amazing for 1995 just like the TVpaint from 1996 was...
So are you ready to be the Illustration King (or QUEEN) of the 90's again?...I can't HEAR YOU!!!...
I found an external HLP file, & added the first 2 years of 'Xara Xone' tutorials which appear relevant as they came out in 1996 & 1997...
I also had some rare XARA utilities I grabbed like 15 years ago & they work in/for this old version-

Poor XARA made the bad decision back then to saddle up with corel who was only interested in keeping XARA on the bottom shelf back in the storeroom whilst THEIRS was UPFRONT!!...DIRTY &%$^$#$%%#....DIRTY *%$@!&%$#$^%...
SO DIRTY!!... I can smell the sewage-laden soil from here!!
So this should work well for you...If it doesn't then just STOP using windows 10/11...Just STOP! NO MORE!!...
All kidding aside now I did give my Wife my windows 10 machine last Xmas...I only ever used it offline & it was pretty fast to boot & use...Well, she just uses it online it's now slow & settings change, always 'updating' which just means it's spying & copying files...TERRIBLE TRAGEDY!!...
So I might find more for this old CorelXARA so you may see me again on this thread...
