Found this the other day from another link, from yet another...I was puzzled because I could not find the 'supposed' portable version...So I kept going back & found it, they only had it in the beginning...
This is like alot of secure erasers that overwrite with gibberish so the files are not recoverable & I have used a number before but this one has added flair plus 'animation whilst it 'digests' so nice visual clue...

For me it started up NOT in english but you just find the 'Idioma' on the menu & change to english...
There are 3 links on the page, upper left is for installer, upper right is for portable install, which I always find a rather curious oxymoron, or maybe moron without the oxy...
