3DS for dos

HI all, i'm wondering if there is some place where i can get 3D studio for dos.

    I haven't heard about 3D Studio for dos, it can be a fake.

    It exists,4 releases i guess, i've found some screenshots while looking for it, it looks just like 3DS MAX but it has some text menus instead of rollouts. I would be realy happy to have it.

    wow...a dos version does exist... I didn't know 3ds went that far back. I wonder how far lightwave went... I can't find an old version of it anywhere.

    i think the oldest lightwave runs on win3x, or was it truespace

    Well I'll work on getting it soon, right now I've got some personal ABW and a couple of GUI sections to get up.

    Q, while your working, do you think you could help me find an old lightwave? Any version below 7.0 would be older then what I have, but anything really old would be nice to try.

    I do wonder tho will the exported 3ds files be readable in todays apps?

    Ya I like really need a modeler for dos so as soon as you can get it. Do not drop it!

    He has AIM (and probably others but I only use AIM), but doesn't like giving out his screen name for some reason. (which is probably the same reason we don't know his name, have never seen a pic of him, can only put his age in the 15-20 range, and aren't completely sure what town he lives in.)
