i wanna install windows ce / windows mobile on an old android, the android phone i wanna install windows ce / windows mobile onto is the LG Optimus Dynamic 2 L39C, it currently runs a version of android 4.

    Unless you have the BSP then you are out of luck.
    If you have CE drivers for the hardware, know the specifications and can write your own CE specific bootloader then you can.
