[REQUEST] Mastering MFC Fundamentals CD

The Development version (Mastering MFC Development) of this series is on Archieve.org, along with the Visual Basic Versions, but I cannot find the "Mastering MFC Fundamentals" version anywhere.
Does anyone have it?
