NT 3.1 on eBay
I've been slowly accumulating 98SE and NT 3.1 editions from fleabay. I've already completed Office 2000, and it's all up on archive dot org.
I looked this one over, but the asking price is north of 300 bucks. I once owned a complete edition of this, oncluding Microsoft dev tools, and it's utterly standard - just the later edition with Alpha binaries.
