Places a thin bar at bottom of a window whereby you can add OTHER windows conforming & switching back-forth. Simple & that is it's primary function, nice thing is that it is a single EXE no install required only 204 KB size & there's no dumping of 'Who-Knows-What' in the Windows/System32 directory or worse. Certainly a white-knuckle event for the Windows 98-95 crowd...
I like it because I don't need this function all the time only once-in-awhile but it's nice when syncing various chunks between folders in strange ways...
Placing in enableToolbar then it's available in a microsecond...
It' says 'Winall' so I guess should work on anything work great on XP...
