Had this & used for years... Anniversary Edition has included Animation Shop 3.04 Plus Media Center but I have never used Media Center. Have used Animation Shop plenty as it's very capable GIF Animator pulls through where many fail>>>

It's 147 MB Portable because it also has tubes & brushes inside BUTT!... You can define paths to more of such in the prefs & I have done that on a few machines>>>

I use this a bit, the old playstation has a format call .tim that has a photoshop plugin to open and save, and it works great with paint shop.
I like v7, v8 I think is still Jasc, but it was very bloated when I tried it out.
