Screen writing/drawing app?

Would anyone know of any apps that can draw and write to the screen like? Like for a tutorial or something?

Well, there is Dan Bricklin's Demo II

Not very user friendly, though. A lot of presentation programs have scriptable interactive animation functionality that can be used for tutorials.
