I forgot to mention, you kind got unlucky with that first dump. When damage or corruption occurs right at the sector header, as it did on this image, most flux decoders assume that sector never existed and omit it without warning. On top of that, there was extra mastering data at the end, so the resulting image looked about the right size.

Yes, I was also surprised as I got no CRC errors during conversion to IMG. Thanks for mentioning that, I was feeling a little confused.
