Problem with PC

Hello I have 2009 HP Compaq (I don´t remember specific model). When I turn it on it does not show anything on monitor and just beeps. I checked everything I have all the cables connected including VGA, hard disk is connected, fan works and even the damn DVD drive. I use integrated graphics so I figured that could be the problem. I didn´t try it with graphic card (gt210) yet only before I had this issue and it worked fine but I decided not to use it because It was really loud and annoying and the integrated graphics worked just fine. I will try It with the gt201 and if it works I guess I will have to live with that loud piece of crap.

I would suggest giving the fan of the graphics card a thorough clean (because it may be affected by dust), or get a brand new one. That's what I had to do when I had virtually the same problem many years ago.
