Probably one of my favorite 'oddballers' I think it was the best BramBos creation... sure there was Tunafish which was a later creation but trying it with VSTi found much instability, which I hate...
Tuareg is stable as long as you only browse & open 16bit MONO samples... if you attempt to even enter a folder wih a single 24bit sample crash will ensue... So a simple rule anyone can get used too...
Yeah this is available on the wayback machine but it has no packs nor does it have plugins... Except for the Moonfish plugin I have them all included with some quite surprising capability...
Such as the VST2SEQ plugin samples a piano roll pattern of a VSTi or up to FOUR of them playing same note in a POLY mode so chords can be painted in...When done it drops it into Tuareg as a sequence to be placed on a channel!
It is also robust here with Xfer Serum, Steinberg Xphraze, ReFX Beast & Dash DaAlfa2k all loaded in... No issues, COOL!
The workflow is akin to 'playing around' whilst what you have already done is looping in the background so it's like a 'Mini-Ableton'...FX are potent especially distortion treat gingerly>>>
As you can see there's quite a bit too it... I had recently found the recorder plugin & since Tuareg can manipulate audio it now qualifies as a DAW...
So when you UnRAR it you will have 410 MB of 'Packs' that I have made up each with a TXT of contents... Plenty to get anyone going, plus all plugins included except for Moonfish but I have included an unpacked Moonfish as well (standalone, not plugin) as it is weirdly cool as well-
Moonfish was designed as a JOKE!... Pretty cool joke...
Also included Tuningfork in case you need to listen to pitched samples tuning...
No there's no need for a MIDI controller you paint all your stuff in Tuareg in Piano rolls...
The Freeware serial from 2010 is included plus a keygen from earlier 'group' in case you want it more personalized...
Nothing to install just place it where you wanna run it all from

Forgot to mention the channel mixer which can apply different preset 'curve' fades between two opposing channels, or you can draw your own & save the preset...
Still not satisfied then mix it up with the Variator-
OK adding on here next morning... If you need to convert samples to mono Wavosaur has a batch function for it so any folder can quickly be made mono WAVs-

Also I share High Quality samples for use in AXS they work great in Tuareg as long as you make them mono... I share them pretty much over at warmplace.ru as interest is HIGH (Nearing 757,000 views)...
I combine 3-4 different synths for rich unique sound every semitone sampled...
